Paper Abstract:
|
We have developed the anonymous bulletin board system preventing the emergence of flaming. It does not require entering any user identification nor any password, just like 4chan, so that it can be accessed, and the users can freely post their message to the system. In general, the anonymity in leaving comments to such a system decreases the psychological barriers to post any malicious comments. Therefore, it tends to end up with flaming. To improve social policing as flaming prevention, we created a novel bulletin board system with a location-based access control system. In our system, it allows access only from physically closest users. Hence, even if a flaming occurs, it never expands over the internet. Every comment has its geolocational information, and it can be filtered in the timeline of the virtual chatroom which has the same geolocational information. Currently, a prototype is evaluated by using some lectures at our university. This paper explains an overview of the system we developed and a proposal on the extended system which allows users access from two places registered by administrators before activating the chat rooms. |
